One hundred twenty-five years ago, Winchester introduced their 1895 lever-action rifle to the world. One of its earliest adopters, two-time American president and the father of American conservation Teddy Roosevelt, took the rifle on his famous African expedition. Roosevelt called his hunting rifle "Big Medicine," no doubt due to the way it cured even the most savage wild game. On its 125th anniversary, Winchester's early masterpiece is every bit the Big Medicine today as it was all those years ago. Check out this video from our friends at American Hunter to learn more!
