Looking for some family-friendly entertainment for the NRA Family that hunts? "Wild Game Masterclass" is the newest, hottest and most English-accented TV show on Outdoor Channel. Cooking school is in session with English restaurateur, hunter and Outdoor Channel host Mike Robinson, and the first episode hits on Monday, December 13 at 7 p.m. ET. Robinson, one of Britain’s most prominent game chefs, will offer a step-by-step guide to recreating his wild-game success for your own table.

What kind of success are we talking about? Well, Robinson co-owns the only pub in Britain with a prestigious Michelin star. He also personally harvests the natural ingredients that make up some of his most famous dishes. As an expert marksman and deer stalker, Robinson shares the many unique skills and techniques he uses to hunt the game he sustainably manages. As a Chef, he also shares professional methods and tips to help viewers elevate their wild-game cooking into truly Michelin-caliber food, both at home and over their campfires.

Robinson's mastery of hunting and farming in Britain is currently showcased on his series Farming the Wild, airing on Outdoor Channel on Mondays at 7 p.m. ET. But on December 13, Robinson will open his recipe book and his vault of chef's secrets. Taking place at his new venture, “The Woodsman” Restaurant, Robinson shares his professional methods and tips to help viewers at home elevate their wild game cooking to truly Michelin-caliber food.

This series is part of Outdoor Channel’s “Taste the Wild” Monday primetime block of programming, which also features the new series Man Eats Wild and new seasons of Nick's Wild Ride with Nick Hoffman. Tune in to Wild Game Masterclass on Monday, December 13 at 7 p.m. ET on Outdoor Channel.
