There are so many wonderful things about visiting the NRA Annual Meetings & Exhibits, but at the top of the list is the fact that it's a great place to win guns, gear, and experiences! In fact, there are multiple ways to do it, and here's your not-at-all-cheating "cheat sheet."
1. Wall of Guns
Of course, we had to start with this perennial favorite. It's always located just outside the exhibit hall floor, and this year is no exception. If you're curious about how to find it, all you need to do is either check the signage we have posted around the convention hall ... or just listen for that unmistakable siren call: "WAAAALL OF GUUUUNS." It's a raffle, with tickets that start at $20 and offer winners their choice of more than 60 firearms. The rules are simple, and you can actually purchase the tickets online or at the Wall display.
2. Scavenger Hunt
The NRA 2025 Scavenger Hunt is exactly what it sounds like, and it's a fun, educational way for your whole family to get in on a chance to win $4,349's worth of guns and gear. Sponsored by four separate companies, it's essentially a "points system" of entry in which the biggest number of points is earned by completing challenges as you visit each sponsor's booth. (You'll be scanning QR codes at the booths.) You can also get points by visiting the companies' websites and social-media pages, so you can definitely play along at home too. Sponsored by Silencer Central, Eotech, Daniel Defense, and Fiocchi, the winning prize package includes:
> One (1) Daniel Defense DDM4 V7 P firearm ($2,161)
> One (1) Silencer Central Banish Speed K Suppressor ($1,199)
3. Visit the Booths You Want to See Anyway
This may seem overly simplistic, but the truth is that the list of companies giving away guns and gear at the "NRA Show" is longer than we could cover in a single article. If there's a particular vendor you like, are curious about, or that just seems interesting, what you should do is stop by their booth and look around a little. Some of the giveaways are as simple to enter as entering your contact details on a touchscreen display, but many of them include activities and challenges as well!
For example, the Umarex booth features a giveaway for an Umarex Komplete (which we happen to have reviewed here) also includes a very cool laser-powered "range." (The targets include circling overhead "drones," for extra fun.) Umarex has paired up with Laser Ammo to create a system in which you can buy a barrel and laser-light kit from Laser Ammo that can be swapped into your Umarex Airsoft gun so you can practice without projectiles. No, you don't have to hit all the targets to win the Komplete (or even to enter the drawing) ... but it sure is a great way to spend a few minutes at the NRA Show!
