Glock pistols are famous for many things, but beauty isn't among them. To be certain, there's a certain metaphorical beauty in a purely utilitarian object that works exactly as advertised. But if you're looking for exquisite checkering or an attractive inlay, Glock shouldn't be your first thought ... well, until now. New for 2024 is the Glock G43X The Rose, and it's absolutely gorgeous.

Here at NRA Family, we generally don't differentiate guns as "for women," because women who shoot are such a diverse group that it's hard to say that a particular gun is better for women or not. Of course, factors such as grip size, grip angle, buttstock design and length-of-pull can be quite important, but those are really related to the shooter's body size, not their gender.

All that said, it's pretty safe to say that this variant of the G43X (which functions precisely the same as the regular, unadorned G43X) was designed for female shooters. And why not? The number of NRA Women grows every day, and many of them want a pretty gun. Before you scoff, ask yourself: What's wrong with beauty for its own sake?

Beautiful it is! The top end of the Glock G43X "The Rose" pistol is treated with a shimmering-aluminum Cerakote finish, along with an artful engraving of the limited edition's name on the right-hand side. The polymer frame is also Cerakote-treated with a rose-gold color, and the grip panels are given an all-black background, highlighting the rose-themed engravings within the design.
