Springfield Armory's Victor line of AR-pattern firearms has been a huge hit with shooters since its inception, so the storied firearms manufacturer knew exactly what consumers would want next. It's here, and it's called the SAINT Victor pistol, created to deliver 9mm accuracy and capability downrange.
Featuring forged 7075 T6 aluminum dedicated 9mm upper and lower receivers, this new pistol is built to deliver. It uses a rugged direct-blowback system for bedrock reliability, and fetures a 5.5" barrel that's fully coated in Melonite for durability. The muzzle wears the Springfield Muzzle Drum, which is recessed under the pistol’s free-floated handguard. The handguard is fully dressed in M-Lok slots for accessories--there's even an M-Lok handstop on the lower forward section of the handguard. And don't forget the slings, which can be mounted via QD mount on the receiver endplate.
This semi-auto AR-pattern pistol feeds from the included Colt-pattern, 32-round magazine, which interfaces with the pistol’s dedicated 9mm lower. Rounding out the package is an adjustable SB Tactical SBA3 pistol brace on the three-position receiver extension; a B5 Systems polymer trigger guard and B5 Systems Type 23 P-Grip; and a 45-degree, short-throw ambidextrous safety. It weighs 5 lbs., 12 oz. unloaded, and has an overall length of 20" - 22".
“The new SAINT Victor Pistol in 9mm adds yet another layer of capability to the SAINT Victor line,” said Steve Kramer, Vice President of Marketing for Springfield Armory. “Offering the durability and performance of a direct blowback system, this new 9mm would make a great addition to any shooter’s firearms collection.” MSRP of $1,099; Springfield-Armory.com.
