Five hundred thousand viewers (and counting!) can't be wrong ...

Stoeger presents "The Opener," which rises above the category of "hunting video" and into the realm of art and emotion. Filmmaker Jamieson Crast's tribute to all of us who rise before dawn to meet the sunlight of tradition is already a runaway hit, having just surpassed 500,000 views on YouTube.

The clatter of wild wings against a pink dawn sky will always bring a thrill to our hearts, and "The Opener" brings viewers along for the ride as hunters prepare for Opening Day of waterfowl season, heated with the steam of coffee in the chill air. It's a scene that hasn't changed much in the 100 years that Stoeger has been in business, slung at the hunters' sides.

"We're celebrating a century of building guns that hunters can depend on, and hitting half a million views on The Opener shows just how strong our community is," said Nick Andrews, Stoeger's Marketing Director. "This isn’t just about the numbers—it's about connecting with folks who live for the tradition of waterfowl hunting. They’re the heart and soul of what we do."

This video isn't just hailing the beginning of a season—it celebrates every hunter who's ever climbed into a blind, put in the work and come home with stories worth telling. Fire up the full-screen and gather the kids around ... it's time to get stoked for "The Opener."
