Klymit is relatively young in the camping industry, but they're bringing brilliant technologies to it. Their website even states their focus, which is: “We are comfort innovators.” They have a mission of maximizing comfort for all types of campers. I have received the opportunity to check out and test two of their products: Pillow X Large and Static V Camping Pad. Both of these products barely take up any space in my backpack; it’s amazing! When they innovated the idea of the Pillow X Large pillow, they were very creative and decide to make sure it would not fall out from underneath the user while sleeping. The pillow was created with an “x” design so that the center of the pillow will sink in and not contain any air. The pillow is comfier and more relaxing than other pillows I have utilized in my camping days. It is also convenient and quick to use; it only takes about four breaths of air to inflate! Super handy, right? It is extremely light and practically takes up little-to-no space. When aired up, it is only approximately 3.2 ounces. It is amazingly convenient to take anywhere you go. The Static V Camping Pad is super light and takes up little space as well! It is nothing like your ordinary sleeping pad. This pad airs up in approximately 10-15 breaths providing you with a simpler process while setting up camp late at night. With its “v” design all the way down, it allows more comfort and flexibility while sleeping. I loved their products I have tried so far, I am eager to get my hands on their Hammock V which is a hammock with the Static V Sleeping Pad built into it. Their products are super light, compact, and simple to put away. If you are looking for trustworthy and relaxing camping gear, Klymit should be your number 1 choice, it’s mine!
